Curb appeal, here we come.
Exterior painting lives at this funny intersection of pure style and serious performance.
On one hand: nothing transforms a house quite like a fresh coat of paint. New color, sharper trim, the kind of curb appeal that makes the neighbors do a slow drive-by.
On the other hand: this is also the layer protecting your home from snow, rain, relentless summer sun, wood rot, and every pest looking for a way in. So it has to actually hold up, not just look good in the first month.
Style is fun. Performance is everything. And the good news is you don't have to choose.

FAQs
Exterior Painting FAQ
How long does an exterior paint job take?
Most homes take about a week, give or take, depending on the size of the house and how much prep and repair work is needed. Bigger homes or jobs with significant repairs can run longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline up front, not an optimistic one designed to win the bid.
What time of year is best for exterior painting?
Late spring through early fall is the sweet spot in our area. We need dry weather and reasonable temperatures for the paint to cure properly. We absolutely paint right up to the edges of the season, but we won't push a job into conditions that compromise the finish. If the weather isn't cooperating, we'd rather reschedule than hand you a paint job that won't last.
How long should a good exterior paint job last?
With proper prep, quality materials, and a good application, you should expect 7 to 10 years for most homes, sometimes longer. The two biggest factors are surface preparation and product quality. Skip either one and you'll be repainting in three. This is why we don't cut corners on prep, even when it's the part nobody sees.
Do you handle repairs before painting?
Yes, and this is where most exterior projects succeed or fail. We address rot, damaged siding, failing caulk, and surface issues before any paint goes on. If your home needs significant carpentry beyond what's typical, we'll tell you up front and quote it clearly. We'd rather have that conversation now than discover surprise problems halfway through the job.
